Lie on your back, bend your knees, and hold onto the outside edges of your feet with your hands. Gently use your upper body strength to pull your knees toward the bed. Stay like this for five deep breaths, then release. Like As babies do when they are happy


Here is another easy as well as relaxing yoga posture you can do in bed. Turn your hips toward the wall and kick your legs up and lean rest them vertically against the wall. If you are feeling uncomfortable then you can Put a pillow under your seat to ease any discomfort.


Take the pillow from behind your head and bend your knees to lift hips and place the pillow underneath. To fully detox, legs and hips must be elevated above the heart, heart above the head. So if more pillows are in order, keep them handy. Lift your legs into the air, or rest them on your bed board or wall for more support.


Lying on your back, lift your left leg into the air. Lift your torso off the bed and hold onto your big toe with the first two fingers and thumb of your left hand. If you can’t reach your toe, hold your ankle, calf, or behind your thigh.  Keeping your torso lifted will engage your core, but if you want to enjoy a more relaxing stretch, rest your torso on the bed. Hold for five breaths and then repeat on the right side.
