A salmon pattie is type of fish cake made mostly from salmon in style of hamburger too. The salmon requires a binder to make it stick together and and is easy to overcook whih can make it dry. Its yoummy as well as healthy and can also be make from diffetent materials like meat and potatoes.

Receipe to make salmon pattie
1) Poaching the salmon
Put the almon in frying pan with bay leaves and dill stalks. Pour milk. Bring to the boil then lower heat for 4 minutes. Turn off heat and let the meat cooked for 5 minutes. Lift the salmon slice into plate.
2) Making and drying out the mash
Cook the potatoes in oiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain well and then leave it for cooling for 2 minutes. Dip back into the pan and return the hob into low setting. Mash potatoes but be careful that mash potatoes does not catch the center of pan. It should be dry and pluffy.
3) Bread crums
Cover the salmon with bread crums and deep dry it. Serve it.
